1. Step Tuna filling: open and drain the tuna. In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise and BAM Sea Master. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Step Preparing the bread: lightly butter or drizzle olive oil on each slice of bread.
3. Step To assemble the sandwiches: spread the tuna filling evenly on two slices of bread. Add the sliced red pepper strips and cover with the cheese slices.
4. Step Finish assembling: cover with the other two slices of bread, with the greased side facing outwards.
5. Step To make the sandwiches: Heat a frying pan over a medium heat. Bake the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted nicely.
6. Step Serving: remove the sandwiches from the pan, cut in half if desired and serve warm.
