Instructions:

Drain the turnip and, if necessary, give it a quick rinse to remove excess acid. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Spray a little BAM extra virgin olive oil spray in a large pot and fry the onions until they turn golden. Add the garlic and fry for another minute. Then shake the pickled turnip in the pot, add the bay leaf, a little salt and pepper. Add the water and cook over a medium heat for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes of cooking, add the diced potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes more, until the potatoes are soft. Add a little more water if necessary.

Shake the cooked beans in the pot, add BAM Sweet paprika, BAM Marjoram and adjust the taste with salt and pepper if necessary. Cook for another 10 minutes to allow the flavours to combine.

Serve the stew hot, preferably with a piece of homemade bread. If you like, you can garnish the dish with some fresh parsley.
