Fajita is a word used mainly in Tex-Mex cuisine. It represents a dish consisting of almost any meat, grilled and seasoned. The sliced meat is served with a tortilla, along with accompaniments - most often vegetables (peppers, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.), various sauces (sour cream, salsa, guacamole) and sometimes cheese.
BAM Fajita & Tortillas spice blend can be used to season meats, but also salads, as it has a very interesting and slightly spicy flavour. Of course, there are no limits to the use of mixtures and spices; once you get to know the different flavours, you can also think of completely new ways of using them. One suggestion for using this mixture: add a teaspoon - about 10 g - to chicken breasts. Add a little oil and mix well. Marinate for at least two hours, but if you have time, it is very good to leave the meat in the fridge overnight. Just before cooking, add a little freshly squeezed lemon juice to the meat. Mix well and bake. The mixture can also be used to season a classic soup.
