Marjoram is a Mediterranean spice with a delicate and slightly sweet flavour. It is most commonly used to season meat, particularly lamb, veal, beef, pork and chicken. It can also be used to enhance the flavour of vegetables, legumes or seafood. Marjoram also goes well with other spices. The product is gluten-free.

Dried marjoram is renowned for its spicy taste and aroma. It is best combined with thyme and oregano to create a wonderful bouquet of spices that can enrich even the most mundane dish. Dried marjoram should not be cooked for too long, we recommend adding it to dishes just before the end of cooking. Marjoram can also be used to season sausages, especially blood and liver sausages. Marjoram is also often the main ingredient in spice blends.

How to store

Store at room temperature (between 15-25°C) in a dry and dark place. Keep in an original container. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerated storage.
