BAM Mr. Potato is a blend of spices and herbs that go perfectly with potatoes. It is mainly intended for the preparation of roast potatoes and potato salad. Lunch idea: boil the potatoes, peel them and cut them into thin slices. In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, oil and BAM Mr.Potato spice blend. Stir and pour over the sliced potatoes. Add the chopped onion and, if desired, the mayonnaise.

BAM Mr. Potato spice blend enhances this simple dish wonderfully. Potato salad is one of the more popular salads.
