BAM Tastes Like Chicken spice blend is - as the name suggests - intended for seasoning poultry meat (turkey, chicken, goose, duck). It has a distinct and strong flavour which the meat absorbs well during marinating. Using this spice mix, you can easily prepare tasty spaghetti, poultry fillets in sauce or grilled chicken.
If you are preparing a whole chicken, coat the inside and outside of the chicken with the mixture, as this will help the meat to absorb most of the flavour and also make it crispy. Tastes Like Chicken seasoning can be used for grilling, pan-roasting and oven-roasting.
