The BAM mulled wine spice blend combines aromatic star anise, cinnamon, and cloves with a hint of lemon and vanilla to create the perfect festive atmosphere. Ideal for making delicious mulled wine, warm fruit teas, and apple cider, or as an aromatic addition to holiday cakes and cookies.

The BAM mulled wine spice blend is the perfect combination of aromatic spices and sweet notes, bringing a rich and balanced festive flavor to your warm beverages. The blend intertwines distinctive star anise, warm cinnamon, and intense cloves, which together create an authentic winter aroma, while a hint of lemon and vanilla adds a fresh, delicately sweet note. The added flavors further highlight the natural richness of wine or fruit juice, creating a harmonious culinary experience on cold days. The blend is specially designed for preparing premium mulled red or white wine, but it also perfectly complements hot fruit teas, apple cider, homemade compotes, or even festive sponge cakes and cookies. For best results, we recommend adding the blend at the very beginning of heating the liquid so that the full aroma of the spices develops slowly and evenly, and heating the beverage only until it comes to a boil, thereby preserving its superior quality. The BAM mulled wine spice blend is your indispensable tool for creating a true winter wonderland!

How to make the perfect mulled wine:

1. Pour 500 ml of water and 500 ml of red or white wine into a pot.

2. Add the entire contents of the bag (35 g of the mixture) as soon as you start heating.

3. Heat the liquid slowly (just until it comes to a boil) so that the full aroma of star anise, cinnamon, and cloves develops evenly, while the wine retains its quality and full flavor.

4. If desired, you can sweeten the drink further with sugar or honey for the perfect balance of warm spices and sweetness.

The blend isn’t limited to just wine! You can also use it for hot fruit teas, mulled apple cider, various compotes, and festive desserts.
