Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes

- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- BAM Spice blend Mr. Potato
- BAM Garlic Powder
- a pinch of salt and pepper

Its delicate creamy texture, blended with a balance of mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar and BAM Spice blend Mr. Potato, accentuates the natural sweetness of the potato, giving the dish a unique flavour and rich fullness. Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks. Boil the potatoes until soft, but take care not to overcook them.
Meanwhile, prepare the dressing in a small bowl. Combine the mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, BAM garlic powder, BAM potato seasoning, salt and pepper and mix well to make a smooth sauce.
Drain the cooked potatoes and carefully transfer them to a larger bowl. Add the chopped onion.
Pour the dressing over the potatoes. Stir gently to ensure that all the potato pieces are evenly coated with the dressing. Add the chopped chives on top.
Cover the potato salad with cling film and place it in the fridge for at least a couple of hours to allow the flavours to meld.
