It is also very useful in the preparation of desserts, especially those with a chocolate base. It can be added to tiramisu, panna cotta, chocolate mousse, souffles ... Its rich flavour, which combines the aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, pimento and pepper, transforms a simple drink and an everyday dessert into something special. Some people also use it to season meat (game meat, lamb, duck, etc.). The mixture can be mixed into ground coffee for ease of use, or added to a prepared drink.
