BAM Pizza & Pasta spice blend is a seasoning used in the preparation of pizza and pasta sauces. Pizza used to be a simple dish for the poor people of Naples. The risen dough was coated with spiced tomatoes, put in the oven and left to bake. Nowadays, the toppings and ingredients that form a pizza are more abundant. There are endless possibilities for different combinations when creating the toppings.
We can use different types of vegetables, cheeses and meats - in short, whatever our heart desires. Of course, for a great and classic "pizza" taste, you can add a delicious spice mix BAM Pizza & Pasta. You can add the spiceblend to the tomato pizza sauce, sprinkle it on top or mix it right into the dough. As the selected spices go very well with tomatoes, the spices can also be added to a variety of pasta sauces. In addition to pizza and pasta, the blend can also be used to flavorize bruschetta, toast, warm bread and other appetizers.
