The Tzaziki Spice Mix makes it easy to quickly prepare a refreshing tzatziki dip or dressing, the Greek Gods Mix is perfect for Greek salads and goes well with a variety of cheeses, the Herbal Garden Mix contains herbs for evryday use such as parsley, chives and celery, and the Crushed Basil Mix rounds off the flavours nicely with its sweet-salty note.
The Mediterranean Spice set combines the key flavours of Mediterranean cuisine. The Tzaziki blend is a refreshing spice mix that can be used to make a delicious sauce to serve with grilled meats, olives and bread starters. Greek Gods blend is, as the name suggests, a heavenly blend of Greek spices that lightly refreshes grilled dishes, meat, feta or soya cheese and salads of all kinds. The Herb Garden Blend takes us to local Mediterranean gardens to taste fresh garden spices that are perfect for vegetable soups, dips and homemade spreads. Crushed basil, the universal Mediterranean spice, is ideal for preparing succulent chicken and tomato sauces.
