There are hundreds of different curry mixes. Recipes vary by region, season and cuisine. Madras curry is native to the southern Indian province of the Bengal peninsula and is a true tradition of the province. The colours of the curry range from yellow-brown to the glowing orange colour of turmeric. It is as wonderful to taste as it is to look at. It has a fruity and slightly spicy taste. BAM Madras curry spice blend can be added to rice dishes, beef, lamb, poultry, minced meat, fish, seafood. It can also be added to vegetables, sauces and soups. Add it to dishes 5 to 10 minutes before the end of cooking to develop its full flavour. If you are preparing minced meats and various fillings, it can be added earlier. If you marinate meat in it, the meat becomes tender and juicy.

This spice blend is free of artificial colours, artificial flavours or additives.

Turmeric, coriander, yellow mustard, chickpea flour, black pepper, fenugreek, garlic, sea salt, celery root, celery seeds, cinnamon, chili, cumin.

How to store

Store at room temperature (between 15-25°C) in a dry and dark place. Keep in an original container. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerated storage.
