Directions for use:
Add the seasoning mix to tartar steak or other meat to taste. Also suitable for enhancing the flavor of other dishes. The quantity is sufficient for more than 3 kg of tartar steak.
Dosage: 35–40 g per 1.0 kg of meat, or to taste.
Ingredients for preparing tartar steak:
1000 g beef (tenderloin or round)
100 g (4 tbsp) mayonnaise
50 g (2 tbsp) mustard
10 g (2 tbsp) oil
50 g (3 medium) pickled gherkins
15 g (2 tbsp) capers
25 g (6) salted anchovies
35–40 g Tartar Steak Seasoning
For extra spiciness, add 1 to 4 chili peppers.
