BAM Greek Gods is a delicious blend of spices suitable for Greek salads, Mediterranean cuisine and all kinds of cheeses. Greek salad is most often on our menus on hot summer days when we need a light, refreshing and tasty meal. It is often served as a side dish to delicious grilled dishes, but it can also be eaten on its own. Greek Gods spice mix is used when we want to add a Greek touch to salads or other dishes. They can also be used in the preparation of pasta (in a similar way to Aglio & Pepperoncino blend), tomato and vegetable sauces, couscous, risottos, etc.

A tip for all lovers of cheese and Mediterranean cuisine: Dice different types of cheese, put them in a bowl, sprinkle with the Greek Gods spice mix and pour over good quality olive oil.

How to store
