This time, we will focus on stuffed squid, which will be baked in the oven, filled with ham and cheese. This combination brings a pleasant balance of flavours - the mild taste of the squid, the saltiness of the ham and the creaminess of the cheese.


Ham and cheese is a classic combination that delights time and time again. The ham adds saltiness and meatiness to the dish, while the cheese brings a rich and creamy flavour that blends beautifully with the tender flesh of the squid. Instructions:

Clean the squid thoroughly. Remove the inner parts and rinse the squid again under running water. Pat them dry with paper towels.

In a bowl, mix the ham, cheese, diced red pepper, BAM garlic powder and BAM parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Fill each lollipop with the filling. Fill them carefully so as not to tear the flesh. When the squid are full, close them with a toothpick.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the squid on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender.

Serve the stuffed squid warm, top with BAM parsley for extra flavour.
