Ingredients:

- 50 g Parmesan
- 100 ml BAM extra virgin olive oil
- A teaspoon of BAM garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 100 g of ramsons leaves
Ramsons also known as wild garlic is a plant that delights with its distinctive smell and taste. It is often found in the woods, growing in moist and shady places. The leaves of the wild garlic leaf are similar to those of garlic but have a more pronounced flavor and aroma, which makes them an excellent ingredient for pesto.
Ramsons pesto is a refreshing and aromatic version of the classic Italian pesto, traditionally made with basil leaves, pine nuts, hard cheese, olive oil, and spices.
Store it in a glass jar and keep it in the fridge. Use it as a sauce for pasta, spread on bread, or as an accompaniment to meat and vegetables. Enjoy the taste of nature.
