In today's fast-paced world, there is less and less time to cook. For this purpose, we recommend a quick cream sauce for gnocchi or tortellini, which is the perfect dish for busy days during the week when there is no time to cook.
The cooked gnocchi or ravioli can be served on a plate and topped with the cream sauce. You may also sprinkle freshly chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese on top. Alternatively, the gnocchi or ravioli can be added directly to the sauce and mixed well with the sauce there, then served. It is up to you which way you choose.
The sauce is not only great as a warm dish, but also as a cold dressing for a cold pasta salad. Just add the juice of half a lemon to the sauce for freshness and you're ready to go.
BAM garlic powder can also be used for extra flavour. The garlic powder is simply mixed with water to create a garlic paste, which in dishes such as sauces, further enhances the garlic flavour and provides a creamy texture.
