Tasty autumn gingerbread is a real treat, transporting us to a warm autumn that almost smells like Christmas. Thanks to the BAM Biscuits & Cakes mix, the gingerbread really will smell like autumn. 1. Step
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt. Mix well and set aside.

In another bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, honey and egg with an electric mixer and mix until smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until you have an even batter. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little flour.Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or overnight) to chill well.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0,5 cm. Using the moulds, cut out gingerbread shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
