We've mixed Himalayan salt, rosemary, lime zest, white pepper, lemon zest, turmeric, basil, dill and bourbon vanilla in a convenient packaging. The spice blend creates a magical fusion of flavours that brighten up seafood feasts. The cute, modern-looking dosing unit allows for three different dosing types, making it even easier to dose when preparing seafood risotto. salad, octopus or prawns.
A tip for octopus lovers: fry the octopus tentacles in olive oil. Once the tentacles are fried, add the spice mix and pour over the white wine and fish base. Let it cook for another 25-30 minutes in an economic pot. Reduce the excess liquid to make a sauce and serve with the octopus.
