BAM Aglio & Pepperoncino spice blend is unique - both in taste and in form. Just mix a tablespoon of the spice blend with two tablespoons of water. Allow then the herbs to infuse. When the pasta is ready, drain it well, pour a little olive oil over it and stir in the previously soaked herbs. Toast quickly and serve.

BAM Aglio & Pepperoncino is a carefully prepared blend of various Mediterranean herbs with fresh and rich flavours. The texture of the blend is different from what we are used to, as the ingredients are not ground into a powder. We can see the intertwining colours that allow us to identify the individual ingredients in the spice blend. The green herbs - basil, oregano and parsley - add a delicate summer flavour, the red chilli and garlic provide richness and the other ingredients complete the flavours together. It is a blend widely used in Italy.
BAM Aglio & Pepperoncino spice blend can be used in a wide variety of pasta dishes, alongside many vegetables (such as zucchini or malanzani) and in the preparation of meat and fish. Suggested use: add a tablespoon of the mixture to a bowl. Pour over two tablespoons of water (tip: take it from the pot where the pasta is cooking). Leave to stand for a while to allow the herbs to absorb the water. When the pasta is ready, drain it well and pour a little olive oil over it. If there is any water left in the bowl with the spice mix, drain it. Then add the mixture to the pasta, add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, mix well and enjoy the meal.
